Adipurush Worldwide Closing Collections

Adipurush, the movie based on Ramayan Epic starring Prabhas and directed by Om Raut was released on worldwide screens on June 16th. Needless to say, the movie had got a gigantic set of expectations around its box office collections. The trade circles were very confident that the movie will break many records at the box office. However Adipurush failed to live up to the expectations and became a huge failure at the box office. The film received superb openings but it failed to maintain the consistency at the box office after a good opening weekend. The audiences were very disappointed with the way Ravana Lanka was shown as some gaming land and other few incidents from the Epic Ramayan getting changed in the film.

The film had done a whopping Pre-Release business of 284.9 Crores, and it required to collect a share of RS 285 Crores Worldwide to achieve the break even mark. However the film failed to do so and achieved a Worldwide share of 193 Crores which makes it a flop at the box office with a recovery of 67%. In the North India and overseas the producers are releasing the movie on their own so those areas nos are valued.

Adipurush Movie was produced on a grand scale by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles. People Media Factory is bringing the movie to the Telugu audience.

Directed by Om Raut, ‘Adipurush’ stars Prabhas in the role of Lord Ram, Kriti Sanon as Janaki, and Saif Ali Khan as Raavan, Sunny Singh as Lakshman and Deva Dutta Nage as Lord Hanuman. Ajay Atul are the music directors for this movie. The film is all set for a grand worldwide release on 16th June 2023.
